If your location is large and you have two Sunday Experiences, use this Excel file.
This form is used by locations to send their weekly attendance report. We prefer that you use the Excel format, as it gives you an ongoing record (you will also have #s you need for your Triannual Reviews,) and it is easier for us to enter into our form.
